  • Kattie is a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist who creates a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their stories and reconnect with their strengths. She works with individuals seeking deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and more grounded relationships—with themselves and others.

Her clinical approach is relational, non-judgmental, and rooted in evidence-based practices, often blending humor, honesty, and curiosity. Kattie is especially passionate about helping clients break old patterns and move toward lasting change with clarity and confidence.

Before entering the field of therapy, Kattie spent several years supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction and mental health challenges. This work shaped her belief that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward healing.

Outside of the therapy room, Kattie enjoys chasing after her two toddlers and spending time with her beloved (and very large) Great Dane.
